WELLBEING COACHING
In individual coaching sessions, I guide employees to find ways to change their personal wellbeing habits and improve their quality of life. Topics can cover e.g. exercise, nutrition or recovery. Moreover, coaching’s mission is to give employees the feeling of being heard, supported, and more confident.
WORKSHOPS & KEYNOTES
I run interactive workshops and educate about holistic wellbeing with preferred emphases. For example, at Google, I held interactive discussions about nutrition, pain and burnout.
TRAINING SESSIONS & PROGRAMS
I boost your employees’ daily activity level with online training sessions during the workday.
I’m also there for you to design customized training programs for your employees, to target, for example, less active employees to start exercising.
All solutions are available either online or in the area of Southern-Western Finland. Services are in English or Finnish.
