Individual Coaching
Finding the most suitable way for you to train requires cooperation and commitment from both of us to reach your goals.
Coaching includes:
Starting interview so we can Identify the things that will create the biggest impact.
We create an individual plan for you according to your background and goals.
Twice per month 30-minute meeting to discuss your progress, nutrition, and other things that are relevant for you.
We communicate through a coaching app where you can see your training workouts as well.
We monitor weekly to stay on top of your everyday life challenges so we can adapt your plan according to that.
